In Pony, pitch counts must be kept for all pitchers.  The chart below indicates when a pitcher is allowed to pitch again based on the number of pitches thrown on a given day.  Link to rules:  pitch_count_guidelines__2017.pdf 

NOTE:  The rules below will change in 2024. You bring it, you swing it. No softball bats. 

Coach Pitch & T-Ball - Diameter 2 5/8 or less. 

Minor & Major - Up to 2 3/4 diameter allowed.

Pony  - USA certified bats.  Up to 2 3/4 diameter allowed.  BBCOR certified also permitted provided if it does not weigh, numerically, more than three ounces less than the length of the bat (e.g., a 33-inch-long bat cannot weigh less than 30 ounces)
